SIGNUMTTE is a local software producer that provides innovative products, applications and solutions its corporate customers regarding softwares on its own product, WinDesk Platform, which is independent in the information sector and possess 100% domestic capital. The main purpose of the company is to gain leadership superiority over local software producers on the WinDesk Platform v4.0 application environments and to be in a competitive and continuous progress with its business expertise and business partners against foreign software producers. It has been providing corporate solutions on WinDesk Platform that create difference and value for business and operational service processes, since 2009. As a preferred local software producer in the City Hospitals which have triggered a new transformation at the health sector in Turkey, it contributes to the digitalization process in healthcare at "service management" and "facility management". More than 150,000 authorized, limited and end-user licenses are used by WinDesk corporate customers. Signum TTE, provides services to its customers through its General Management and R&D Centre in Ankara, a region office in Istanbul and a support unit in Manisa Vestel.

Message From General Manager

As a local software producer, we upgraded WinDesk Platform v4.0 and WinDesk Applications, which we have developed with our own resources, to a significant level in operational service management. We aim to make our solutions more effective under R&D view and sustainability, to be able to give full support to our customers' digitalization strategies in our application areas. We have taken fundamental roles as a local software producer with our Services and Facility Management applications we have established in City Hospitals and the building of Ministry of Health, which were opened by the Ministry of Health in the period of 2016-2017 built under the 25 year Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. In this process, working together with our customers while writing success stories, our prior purpose became to work in other cities, universities and private hospitals. Apart from improving our sectoral business expertise every year and serving our WinDesk Applications to our corporate customers' use at their corporate infrastructure by creating  value to our large-scale corporate customers,  our other aim is to expand the ready-to-use WinDesk applications through the cloud  by a rental model. We aim to increase our eco system's efficiency in business and technology as a local software producer and to support the use of WinDesk Platform v4.0 Solutions by our business partners in domestic and foreign markets, in the next 5 years. We have been completed our 12th year in 2017. I would like to repeat our will to grow together with our customers and business partners partners, by means of our features providing sustainable development and value-creating.

Invested on ITIL complied WinDesk IT Service Management products.

2009

IT Service Management has Approved by R&D

Besides IT Service Management application in WinDesk, new customer projects were realized with product variations in call center, business applications areas. Our WinDesk Unified IT Service Management System R&D project proposal is entitled to the full support under TUBITAK 1507. Marketing activities in private sector have begun, rather than the public sector, in order to develop and enlarge WinDesk product strategy.

WINDESK R&D Office was established
ISO 9001 Certification was received

Besides IT Service Management application in WinDesk, new customer projects were realized with product variations in call center, business applications areas. Apart from IT Service Management application in WinDesk environment, new customer projects were realized with product diversification in call center, business applications fields. Our WinDesk Uniformed IT Service Management System R&D project proposal is entitled to the full support under TUBITAK 1507. Marketing activities in private sector have begun, rather than the public sector, in order to develop and enlarge WinDesk product strategy.

WINDESK Extended Its Product Range

Uniform IT Process Management, developed by TUBİTAK R&D support has been completed and launched with the name WinDesk Integra Service Management. Two new products were added to WinDesk Product family as Porta – Customer Relations Center ve WinDesk Concento – Business Processes Management in Teknokent area.
