Professional Services

for the WinDesk Platform applications and user licenses, Warranty and post warranty annual maintenance-support service package are provided. In the purchasing model, WinDesk Application and users licenses application’s rights are supplied indefinitely just only condition with annually bought of the maintenance and support service package. Annually maintenance and Support Service Packages are offered to WinDesk customers according to their usage aim as Standard and Full Time Maintenance Plan.

Standard Maintenance Plan

Services to be provided in working hours eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days a week (“5x8”) In order to respond the customers problems and requests. Customer’s problems and requests respond in working hours. Remote access is supported. IT updates are shared free in Standard Maintenance Plan. The scope includes Developments and Customization for customer.

Full Time Maintenance Plan

Services to be provided twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week (“24x7”) in order to respond the customers problems and requests. Remote access is supported. The scope includes optionally assigned technical personnel, in-place or on the space to the support personnel. IT updates are shared free in Standard Maintenance Plan. The scope includes Developments and Customization for customer.

The subjects in high, normal and low priority are determined with the customer in both two maintenance plans.
Maintenance and Support Service for operating system and database that WinDesk applications have been running.
The componenets like equipment, system and network infrastructures are not included to Maintenance and Support Service.

Customers who use the Windesk application on Signum Cloud Platform, have Standard Maintenance Plan in the month they have used as standard. Standard Maintenance Plan could be modified to the Full-Time Maintenance Plan according to customer’s request. At the common use of the cloud platform Signum has concluded all the agreements with the cloud media provider to ensure continuity and takes all infrastructure responsibilities except force majeure.
