In Field Services, all operations for field staff and hospital staff are mobilized from Android and IOS mobile environment integrated with the Sub Help Desk feature. For each case in the field, the tasks of both technical and support facility services are simultaneously monitored, analyzed and measured using SLA performance metrics.
