As a first step in job postings, a needs analysis is conducted and the skills and experience criteria required for the position are determined. Job postings are published on our company's website, social media channels, career portals and other announcement channels.

Applications are collected by our HR department and forwarded to our technical managers for pre-qualification, and candidates who are deemed suitable are invited to an HR interview and then to a technical interview if deemed appropriate. In these processes, candidates' skills, experience and suitability to our company culture are evaluated. Reference interviews are conducted for shortlisted candidates and after this stage, the selected candidate is presented with a job offer including salary and benefits.
