Project Information
Istanbul Financial Center
Bringing together public and private banks, financial institutions, and professional services firms, Istanbul Finance Center is a large mixed-use campus with 1.3 million m² of office space and 100,000 m² of shopping mall space. Operating its various buildings and common areas together requires consistent coordination across maintenance processes, service requests, asset information, and field teams.
In multi-building campuses, technical system maintenance schedules, shared-space services and tenant requests are assessed in the same operational view. Clearly defined locations and responsibilities help direct teams to the right building and asset.
Intervention plans aligned with the working arrangements of financial institutions require service continuity, access coordination, and energy performance to be addressed together. The facility management approach meets these needs through traceable task, resource, and reporting processes.
