Internship Opportunities
Signumtte's Intern Program offers 3rd and 4th year university students the opportunity to gain practical experience within the scope of long-term compulsory internship and to join our company after graduation. Internship applications are received in September and April every year according to the internship period. Selected students do their internship during the periods determined by their universities.
Selection and Placement Process
As a first step in job postings, a needs analysis is conducted and the skills and experience criteria required for the position are determined. Job postings are published on our company's website, social media channels, career portals and other announcement channels.
Applications are collected by our HR department and forwarded to our technical managers for pre-qualification, and candidates who are deemed suitable are invited to an HR interview and then to a technical interview if deemed appropriate. In these processes, candidates' skills, experience and suitability to our company culture are evaluated. Reference interviews are conducted for shortlisted candidates and after this stage, the selected candidate is presented with a job offer including salary and benefits. Upon acceptance of the offer, a contract covering the duties and responsibilities is signed, thus completing the recruitment process.

Every new employee at Signumtte goes through a detailed orientation program, followed by workshops and project work, which provides them with an in-depth understanding of the company's organizational structure, their job description and the unique work culture. The aim of this process is to ensure that new hires are integrated into our team.
Performance evaluations are conducted on a regular basis in order to establish a balance between Signumtte's holistic development and individual career goals and to increase employee productivity. This allows staff to move between positions and supports employees to continuously improve themselves and adapt flexibly to the changing needs of our company.
Wage Policy
At Signumtte, the remuneration policy is meticulously determined by taking into account the seniority, experience and positions of the employees and is implemented within the framework of the principle of transparency. The wage policy is clearly defined in the job offers presented to candidates. Salaries are calculated on a net basis and salary increases are based on the annual inflation rate and, in particular, on personal performance.

In order for our employees to work efficiently and effectively, laptops suitable for their positions and all the peripherals they need are provided. Thus, it is aimed to provide high-tech working environments.
Upon successful completion of the probationary period, a GSM line is provided within the framework of our company's corporate agreements according to the requirements of the employee's position. It is aimed to enable our employees to carry out their business communications in a more effective and uninterrupted manner.
Meals are paid for 22 days a month through the contracted supplier by being loaded onto employees' meal cards. This system offers flexibility and convenience for our employees to meet their daily meal needs.
The transportation allowance is calculated based on 22 working days in a month and is paid in cash in addition to employees' salaries. It is designed to help employees cover the cost of transportation to work.
Acting on the principle of "Health is more important than anything else", signumtte ensures that complementary health insurance policies are prepared within 1 week at the latest, without waiting for new recruits to complete their probationary period. It is aimed to secure the health needs of employees.
