Candidate recommendations of our company employees are given priority in advertisements for vacant positions, and advertisements are published on our corporate website as well as on different announcement channels. In addition, students who successfully complete their internship at Signumtte are also evaluated with priority in the selection and placement process.
In applications for open positions, suitable candidates are taken for preliminary evaluation or examination by the relevant department managers. Short lists are prepared. The candidates selected in the short list are interviewed by the department management and other senior managers. Candidates whose applications are accepted are informed about the process and a written job offer is made to the candidates who are found suitable for the position. If the candidate accepts the job offer, the candidate starts to work with the signing of the contract, which includes the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Orientation training including company organization, job description and working culture is given to the personnel who start working at Signumtte and they are included in the workshop/project studies. By making support plans, the department managements provide process guidance for our employees to be more successful, increase productivity, and shape career development roadmaps with performance evaluations periodically in the 2nd month, 6th month and after. In Signumtte, where the transition conditions between units or positions are certain, the employee's own development and are evaluated in accordance with the company's requirements.
At Signum TTE, the wage policy has been determined in accordance with the criteria of level, experience and staff, provided that it is evaluated every year and if necessary, it is applied in the same way for all employees. The wage policy is clearly stated in the Job offer made to the suitable candidates. All wages are paid on the net and the wage increase is determined depending on the annual inflation rate and also the performance of the employee. Premium payments are made in accordance with the project/work plans and following the completion of the works of the expected quality, within the framework of the premium policy announced for the project in question.
Computer
All personnel are provided with laptop computers and necessary peripherals suitable for their work.
Telephone Line
At the end of the trial period, a corporate GSM line with the features determined for the position is provided in accordance with the company's corporate agreement.
Food
Meal fee is paid by loading the contracted meal card over the working day.
Office Transportation
The transportation cost is provided in accordance with one of the following methods, according to the personnel's preference. If there is a shuttle service in the office area, the use of the service, the arrival of the personnel with their own vehicle, the arrival with the company vehicle.
Health insurance
Complementary Health Insurance is made from the contracted health insurance company.
