In facility services, having the right parts or consumables at the right price at the right time comes to the fore in service and cost management. It allows you to set minimum/maximum levels, track levels and update them, especially for critical materials. The system warns when the materials in the warehouses fall below the defined levels, triggering the purchasing process, the problems that may arise due to the lack of material in the warehouse are minimized at the time of need.
Warehouse-Material Management is a stock management application that allows to define physical, virtual, mobile or personal warehouses, and to make entry and exit of devices, equipment or consumables with waybill/invoice/document. This application is also a part of asset and service management and carries out the direct life cycle of the devices that are removed from the warehouse and used in the field and/or installed. It allows processing for consumables according to features such as MİAD, LOT, and supports LIFO-FIFO methods.
Warehouse-Material management in City Hospitals was diversified specifically for services, and the brand-model and threshold values specified in the method statements were followed. The service related to HBYS integration also allows tracking of warehouse movements over HBYS.
