windesk.fm PPP is customized according to Annex-14, Annex-18 and Annex-13 business service model in PPP City Hospitals. Customized Helpdesk and Facility Management for premises, assets, personnel and 19 different service contracts are running in Isparta City Hospital in a real-time application environment where SLA services are provided, performance-based, for all service providers and sub-suppliers for the business management system.

windesk.fm provides "direct integration" to all features of Call Center switchboards, giving operators access to all services through a single interface. windesk.fm PPP works integrated with many systems and applications. In Field Services, all operations for field staff and hospital staff are mobilized from Android and IOS mobile environment integrated with the Sub Help Desk feature. For each case in the field, the tasks of both technical and support facility services are simultaneously monitored, analyzed and measured using SLA performance metrics. Real-time management and service indicators are reported through Yellowfin Business Intelligence and Reporting tool.

The application prepares a ready-made progress payment and deduction system for the use of the business and administration by using reconciliation approval processes for the service period each month. Different service categories belonging to the entire operation are secured with an audit system in accordance with SLA performance metrics, case tracking is performed for nonconformities and the audit process is supported by audit reports.
