c) Purposes for Which Personal Data Shall be Processed Your personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:
To use the Windesk application to manage and coordinate personnel, including workforce planning, task allocation, work schedule and shift management, and the monitoring of work-related activities.
Contacting you in case you request information, documents, proposals, technical and/or application support, service and/or maintenance support from our Company.
Within the scope of legal grounds stated in Article 5 (2) of LPPD: “c) processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract, is necessary provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or fulfilment of that contract”, “ç) it is mandatory for the controller to be able to perform his legal obligations”, “e) data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of any right.”, “f) It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.”
d) Method of Collecting Your Personal Data and Legal Ground Your personal data is obtained in verbal, written form or via electronic media, by using automatic or non-automatic methods for legal grounds stated in article 5 (2) of LPPD in order to fulfil the purposes stated in paragraph (c) of this text.
e) The Recipientsand the Purposes of the Transfer of Your Processed Personal Data Your personal data will be transmitted without the explicit consent of the data subject, pursuant to Articles 8 (2) (a) of the LPPD,in order to fulfil the purposes stated in paragraph (c) of this text.
