Built by Rönesans Holding under the Public Private Partnership model, Gaziantep City Hospital with a capacity of 638 thousand square meters and 1,875 beds was commissioned in September 2023 and windesk.fm Facility Management and Help Desk applications were launched on this date.

In Field Services, all operations for field staff and hospital staff are mobilized from Android and IOS mobile environment integrated with the Sub Help Desk feature. Tasks for each case in the field are monitored, analyzed and measured using SLA performance metrics. Real-time management and service indicators are reported with the Yellowfin Business Intelligence and Reporting tool.
